We would just like to take this moment to issue an apology to any customers who have been affected by our recent issue with magnet availability for the Proflush Professional Magmaster. This was a supplier issue which we are delighted to confirm has been fully resolved. Those who were waiting on magnets for their units can expect to receive them imminently if they have not already been delivered to you. To prevent any similar delays in future, customers can rest assured that a new supplier is now in place.
