Proflush® Thermal Unit

By introducing heat into the system the chemicals work quicker, for every 10°C increase in temperature the chemicals work 3 times faster than at 40°C.

The Proflush® is capable of handling temperatures up to 85 °C when the boiler is utilised. The Blue Flow and Return Hoses will operate safely to 90°C and 20 Bar.

When it is possible to run the boiler at the normal 72-76°C during the flushing process, the average three bedroom house with 8-10 radiators can be completed in around 4 to 4.5 hours, whereas Powerflushing cold could take at least a full day. (Or even longer depending on the type of system and how bad it has become).

The heater pack is designed to operate at up to 60°C and maintain that temperature if used according to our instructions which are part of the Proflush® Operating manual, it is not designed to take the place of a boiler.

The Package will be supplied complete with the following items as standard:

    2 number 3mtr x 3/4" Blue High Temp-High Pressure Flow and Return Hoses with female camlocks at each end.
    1 number 15mtr x 3/4" clear PVC Braided Dump Hose with double dump female camlocks.
    1 number 15mtr x 1/2" clear PVC Braided Cold Water fill hose.
    2 number 1 1/2" bsp Brass Pump Union Adaptors with Male Camlocks.
    2 number 15mm Brass Compression fitting with Male Camlocks.
    2 number Prochem® 500ml Bottles Sample Starter Chemical Pack.
    1 number Secondary Containment Bund Tank.
